Backup from Catalog

This also a strange bug and repeatable.

In Catalog I have a category called backup with 5 items in it. A CSK is set up (shift + B) to start a UDC backup to C:\BU Files

Highlight Backup category in Catalog and (shift +B) correctly results in item files backed up to C:\BU Files\C

After several other unrelated XY processes repeating this backup procedure works correctly.

If I then go to Find Files in the info panel and set standard, name *.txt, any location and run find it opens search results tab.

Now highlight Backup category and shift+B and it appears to work as before but in fact C:\BU Files contains C and a load of other dirs and files.

Yep, got it. Fixed it. But ...

... you actually poked your finger into a difficult area. When backing up search results (and search included subfolders), there can be collisions in the target destinations because the search results can contain same-named items.
The natural way out is what I have already done when backing up from Catalog: fully recreate source folders in the target.

But should I do this also for backups from search results???? Not sure...

Thanks, confirm the problem as reported is fixed.

Regarding the quandary of search results. This is something that has not even occurred to me as a need but I suppose for some situations it could have a value. That said, collisions are quite probable, as you say and as I see it maybe search results are a special case in backup. Is it possible for the backup of search results to be held in a specific folder so the backup destination would be seen as C and say Search Results.
