I think that maybe something is flashing briefly on the screen but I'm not sure.

Yes you are right. No comma, but I do have an extra CKS which points to the VF. When I r-click on the TB button, I get Ctrl-D (my CKS) on top line and then Ctrl-J on the next line by itself. Then the normal context menu follows. When I remove my CKS (Ctrl-D), the menu works fine.admin wrote:JohnM, I suddenly think I know what's going on: Either you have more than one KS at one of the commands, OR you are using the comma in one of the KS in this menu!!?
