Alpha-numeric overlay while scrolling???

Not certain what the feature is called that I'm looking for so will describe it here:
When vertically scrolling a folder in "details" view with many subfolders/files, I would like to see the first letter/number of the currently viewed location to appear as an overlay near the scrollbar. For example, I'd like an "R" to appear when I am scrolling through the R-named files within that folder. It would then switch to an "S" when that point is reached in the folder (assuming it's sorted alphabetically). This is a standard feature in some of my Android apps (pic attached) and it would also be helpful for me on my Windows PC while scrolling a folder with 1000's of sub-folders/files (music library, for example).
Any ideas what this feature is commonly referred as and is it an option within XYplorer? Greatly appreciated.

It's commonly referred as "Fast Scroll" in the Android world. However, that name doesn't reflect the detail you want here, which is the letter shown next to the scrollbar. "Alphabetical scrollbar" refers to such scrollbars, used on iPhones:

So I'm not sure what's the better name you're looking for.

Anyway, that isn't supported in XYplorer as of today.
