Can I have this show a picture next to folder names somehow?

I work with separate folders for jobs I don for customers (I am a CNC machining company) each folder has a job number.
Naturally with 10 or more jobs going on at the same time the job numbers begin to have little relevance to what the job is.
It would be awesome if I could somehow attach a screen shot or some image along side the folder name.
Is this possible with XYplorer? I have just been using regular explorer and this has been something I have wanted for a long time so I am trying to find a program that will allow me to do this.
Thanks!

Sure, each of your folders can have an image assigned to it. Within each of those folders place the image file you want to display along side (or I should say above) the folder name. Rename that image file to "folder.jpg". Do that in each of the sub-folders. Go to the parent folder for the sub-folders and if not already in a thumbnail view, go to a thumbnail view desired. You will probably have to refresh your thumbnail cache (under the View menu |Caches). Each of those sub-folders when viewed from the parent folder, should be displayed with the image you placed in the sub-folders.
You may want to also check out this script
viewtopic.php?f=7&t=15509 which will automate that process. Though it is intended for folders full of images, you'll get the idea and could still use it for your case. It will make those thumbnail images for each folder in a full Zoom-to-Fill size as shown in the screen captures.

This setting needs to be enabled for klownboys suggestions to work:
Configuration | Preview | Thumbnails | Show folder thumbnails
Then if the folders only contain 1 image file it will automatically be used no matter the filename, but if the folders already have multiple images by naming one folder.jpg/jpeg/gif/png you can choose which to use specifically. Then this view mode might be what you are asking for:
View | Views | Details with Thumbnails #1 (64x64)

Thanks jupe for adding the further clarifications and suggestions. I was forgetting that if you don't have a "folder.jpg" file in the folder, the first image in the folder is used and that you have to have the "Show folder thumbnails" checked off in Configuration. Details with thumbnails may indeed be what Hypersonic is after as opposed to a normal thumbnail view. Thanks again.
