I would enjoy that when hovering over my toolbar a info tip pop up would remember me the caption of the toolbar item.
obviously this makes sense only when you only display the toolbar icons.
I have several custom user buttons that I seldom use and therefore forget about.

You may want to check out this script viewtopic.php?f=7&t=17318 if you have actions assigned to both left and right mouse buttons of your CTBs and would like to better distinguish the actions in the CTB tooltip title.
