Apparently, some XY variables are not working as the others.

%winsysdir%\CONFIG gets me to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 and not in CONFIG that does exists

%winsysdir%CONFIG does get me in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG


The same seems to be true for %desktopreal% and %winsysdir% as well. Those three were special, I believe, as they were the only XY variables NOT to be slashed while others (%personal%, etc) were.

Exactly, these three XY only Environment Variables...
%desktopreal%
%personalreal%
%winsysdir%
... were still slashed.
