[solved] Drag and drop

Post by lian00 »

Hello, I played with last version settings and now mouse left click drag and drop does not work anymore. What setting do I have to check ? Thanks for any help.

Maybe you checked one of these?

Configuration | General | Menus, Mouse, Safety | Safety Belts | Disallow left-dragging from file list

Configuration | General | Menus, Mouse, Safety | Safety Belts | Disallow left-dragging from folder tree

OK, if I desactivate Settings> Mouse Down Blow up > On left Mouse down, it works again. So it may be a bug introduced with last version as it worked before.

So I assume you are on 19.00.0001 that has this change:

Code: Select all

! Thumbnails View with MDBU: You could drag an unselected file by grabbing
the thumbnail quick enough before the MDBU popped up. However, it was the
selected files that were actually moved then, not the dragged file.
Fixed: Now you cannot grab a file by the thumbnail anymore if MDBU is
      enabled.
Are you in thumbnails view? if not then I guess it is a bug.

You are right. I should read changelog. But it’s not good for me. I will try to ask to fix this
