Not displaying all the commands

pressing user it shows
Go to
Open (greyed correctly)
Open with

pressing manage commands it show

categories
Go To
open

but no Open With which does have KS applied.

Whoops--- sorry, I'll upload a fix later tonight...

EDIT: it's a display issue: you can click where the command should be... it's just invisible... so I might wait with the update till tomorrow...
