Can I force XY to use the standard Windows TAGS?

I'm using XY Explorer for processing my photos, ranking them, etc. for later retrieval.
It looks like the built in Windows Explorer Tags (which are stored in the file info) are different from the XY tags, right?
I prefer to use the Windows TAGS b/c then if the file gets moved/uploaded, etc. the tag info will stay with the file, right?
Is there a way to use the built in Windows Tags for this?

If you didn't already, please try searching the forum, before asking a question,

Another option you have is the scripting command tagexport() which would use XY tags but you could export them so the tag file stays in the same folder as the pictures.

Copy XY Tags to file system Tags?

viewtopic.php?f=7&t=8587&p=158617#p158617 mentions some script that can copy the XY file tags to the Windows File System tags.
But I can't find the actual script link.
I'm looking for a script that will copy the XY Tags to the files themselves (so they're viewable in Windows Explorer, etc.) and so that if they get moved to a new device they are still in the file itself.
Thanks!
