In the tree I can choose to open the selected folder in a new tab, wouldn't it be nice to be able it in the list as well?

I didn't knew this trick...

"Shift while double-click opens the folder in a new tab and the new tab get's activated."

But AFAIK there is no way to open the folder in a background tab from the list, or is it??

Maybe also the behavior should be more consistent with the tree....?

Shift + dbl-click opens in an new tab and the tab gets activated
Ctrl + dbl-click opens in an new background tab .
