[Using 18.90.0100]
Tried using the new font setting feature for Toolbar tooltips, but whenever I change the font and/or size, the selection is not appearing in the settings panel and not getting applied to the interface after dismissing the settings dialog. Confirmed the problem running /fresh.

Just to confirm, you realize that setting is not for the tooltips, it is for when you have toolbar captions enabled.

Oh, right. I missed that. Thanks. I don't normally use the captions feature. So I guess it's not taking in the dialog because I don't have captions enabled. Never mind.
