File Info Tip visible time won't go beyond 10s?

Hi,
I've set the visible time to the max of 32767ms (and a bit below just to test) but it won't stay visible for more than 10s (the default)?
A fix would be great! In fact, I'd like to see the option to just have the File Info Tip to stay until I move my mouse away from the relevant column.
I often store long descriptions in the Comment column and I constantly have to move my mouse and reposition it again to get the Info Tip to show up again.

Ok, it works for me too now! (I needed to restart XY for it to work though).
