Connect Galaxy S6

Hello,

I can connect and see my cell phone (Android Galaxy S6) in Windows File manager (Windows 7), but have no way to connect it to Xyplorer? What am I doing wrong? Any advice what to do?

Configuration | General | Tree and List | Items in Tree and List | Show portable devices

yes it is enabled.

Is your tree locked or Auto-Refresh disabled?
Menu - View - Lock Tree
Menu - View - Auto-Refresh

If the tree is neither locked or Auto-Refresh disabled, show a screenshot
of your tree when the phone is connected via USB
