Yes, this ia a repeat of an old request but current work has again brought it to the surface.
When a new-blank-empty disc is inserted into an optical drive (which some people still use) can XY show more information when the tray is closed the way Microsoft Explorer does? "Location Currently Not Available" is confusing at best spurious at worst.
[Curious: Ten years later have you kept a record of how many of my ideas have been incorporated into the program the most recent being the suggestion that became ReadOnlyBar. Not looking for brownie points just wonder ...
