The use is to do something with the exact duplicate since there is no current use for this scenario.

Here's a use case:
Folder should have a list of 50 files.
Folder A has an incomplete list of 30 files.
Folder B has an incomplete list of 40 files.
I would like to move all the files from Folder A to Folder B.
If Folder A file is already in Folder B (same size, date and time), I would like it moved to Folder B
so Folder A will be emptied.

While i totally don't understand why overwriting smth totally identical(instead of skipping), but scripting surely is a salvation for such strange desire.
