Which color for Visual Filter Bar

Want to change color displayed by the Visual Filter Bar in List view. The Configuration for Colors window has many choices some of which when the mouse passes over show information Tips but some do not.
So the question is which one to change?

Afaik it's hardcoded...

Thought that might be the case when it didn't show up anywhere. Sorry for the confirmation.
Thank you for you rapid answer.
If the developer chooses not to make it changeable in the program how to suggest it be added as a tweak modification?
