XYplorer Beta Club

A question. When I start my desktop computer with a USB flash drive inserted in either of the case's top front two USB 3.0 slots, XYplorer doesn't recognize it, even after refreshing that pane. But after pulling it out and reinserting, it does. Is this a software or hardware issue? Win 10 Pro x64 1709, XYplorer 18.70. Thanks,

Does Win Explorer recognize it in such a situation, when XY doesn't?

No. So it is a matter of figuring out if it's Windows or hardware. Sounds like something to post on Windows 10 forum.
