自动切换输入法 (Automatic switching input method)

有没有这样一个功能：我点击地址栏，或者重命名的时候，自动切换成中文输入法。跳出地址栏，或者跳出重命名后，自动切换到英文输入法。
Is there such a function: I click on the address bar, or rename, automatically switch to Chinese input method. Jump out of the address bar, or jump out of renaming, automatically switch to the English input method.
