is this possible?
to see the folder.jpg (in the folder) as folder icon like the normal explorer?

Welcome to the forum
Do you mean:
Configuration | Preview | Thumbnails | [x] Show folder thumbnails
You maybe need to refresh your thumbnails after switching that setting on...
