Hi all,

I want copy some pictures from my PC to my smartphone (a Samsung Galaxy S4).

I can do it via Windows File Explorer (Win 7 Pro' 32 Bits) but it's impossible to do it via XYPlorer while I often do that from my phone to my PC.
Where am I wrong ?

Thanks for your answer.

Is it really impossible to provide a minimal set of information nowadays?

XY version?
How is the phone accessed, MTP / PTP?
but it's impossible to do
How exactly does XY misbehave?

The device isn't shown in XY?
The internal storage of the phone is not accessible?
Error messages (screenshots)?

Simply the menu Paste is greyed when I right click
All the folders are normally accessible on reading in the phone AND in the extense Card but NOT on writing.

Same issue here. I'm using 18.50 and have it connected to a Huawei Honor 6x. The phone shows up in the tree and under the This PC button. When I choose it, it shows the Internal Storage and SD Card folders. But when I click either one, it shows nothing.

May be this happends because the phone is locked? Unlock the phone and see if it can be accessed. (Maybe even try unlocking before plugging in to pc, then keep it unlocked.)

When I am at home it is always unlocked and it wouldn't copy on Windows File Explorer to.
