icons in xyplorer have problem

Icons in my XYplorer over 256x256 can't display correctly (not everyone, I found 2 icons are normal in thousands icon files...).
But smaller icons are looks fine.
Everything in explorer is fine.
Customize icon can't display correctly too. After I disable all customize icon item, the default icon works fine.
I'v tryed delete iconcache* files in "AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer", but it's not work.
I fount this problem after updat win10 to newest creators update. xyplorer's version is 18.50.0100
