Help seems to be broken in 18.50

I don't know whether this is my system or XYplorer, but my help window will not display any information. I installed 18.50.0000 last night and now my XYplorer help window displays no data regardless of what item I select from the index. I'm running Windows build 15063, ver 1703.

Right click the .chm file, choose "Properties", there should be an "Unblock" button in one of the tabs...
