I am on v18.50 coming from v17.90. Now my xyplorer at start will initialize at last-folder-before-close and then move to startpathperm.
I notice config file also has startpath saved with last-folder-before-close. Can I disable this. I do not remember this happening in v17.90
where startpath remain same as startpathperm.

i have v.18.50.006 now... and yes no more INITIALIZED TO THE LAST-FOLDER-BEFORE-CLOSE

but my startpath folder STARTS with thumbnail size same as last-folder-before-close (only at startup)
albeit thumbnail size of startpath folder comes back to saved size once coming back from navigating elsewhere

You mean you have Folder View Settings assigned to the startpath and they are not applied?

i have ENABLE FOLDER VIEW SETTINGS

but my startpath folder does NOT start with its saved folder view thumbnail size

i notice it starts with thumbnail size same as thumbnail size of last-folder-before-close

even if i were to change folder view of last-folder-before-close to DETAILS, for instance
and close xyplorer

then at startup... my startpath folder will start with DETAILS view

if i then navigate elsewhere after that.. the folder views comes back to their respective saved folder view.

I guess that's what I meant. I'll check that...

may be my HISTORY PER TAB is behaving like ENABLE FOLDER VIEW before the last fix

startpath folder opens at position from history of last-folder-before-close

Indeed, should be fixed in next beta.
