The value should be stored in the INI with surrounding quotes.

When performing the check that requires a space before and after app, it should first add a space before and after the title.
The first allows us to sloppily (because it involves usually un-desired spaces) include <app> at the beginning or end of the title. The second eliminates my need for the first and allows <app> to be first or last while still meeting the surrounding spaces requirement.
I'd also like to see another variable <tabName>, which would display the active tab's title if it exists or fall back onto <path>.
