Color Label & Color Filter

Is it possible to make a Color Label not to "overwrite" a custom Color Filter?
Lets say I filter my "Mini-Series" with some kind of hideous pink:
As soon as I apply a color Label (orange) it looks like this ignoring the former filter:
My Question: Can I somehow make it look like this (constructed) thus combining and displaying both at the same time?:
