Is it possible to:
1-Hide headers in list view (not in details view)
2-Give every column a different width based on the lenght of the longest file (adjust)

Menu - View - Sort By - [ ] Show Sort Headers in All Views
Menu - Tools - Customize List - [x] Autosize Columns

first is ok
second..i can't find that autosize. maybe it has been translated in "resize columns" (ridimensiona colonne in italian). but it's not auto.

Each column gets the width of the one with the longest name. There aren't any other options...

so it's not possible to do what explorer does..different width for each column
