How do i 'Reinstall' form a Backup ???

I have had to reinstall XYplorer onto my XP computer . I cannot figure out, how to get my 'Backup' files into XYplorer ??
I go 'File' > 'Settings Special ' > 'Load Configuration'
and i get this :

My backup folder looks like below, Please explain in a simple manner

Sorry for being late!
Copy all backup folders and files to the current application data folder (it's here: menu Go | Go to Application Data Folder).
Then start XYplorer.exe.

I dont get it ??
Where is the 'Application Data Folder ' ??? see my screenshots above ?
