Possible disable shortcuts for menus (e.g. Alt+a, Alt+s), replacing them with my custom shortcuts?

Hi,
I'd appreciate help.
I don't use shortcuts for access menus (e.g. Alt+a for Favorites; Alt+s for Scripting).
Is it possible to disable shortcuts for menus, replacing them with my custom shortcuts for the commands I do need?
