Mouse Click and Tabs

1) It is possible to open a folder in a new tab if you SHIFT + Click in the History and in SpecialSystemFolders.

Wouldn't this be handy also in Breadcrumb, Hotlist, Drives, Favorite Folders and Favorite Files?

2) It is possible to open a folder in a new tab with a MMB click in the tree or the catalog. It would be great if this would also be possible if I MMB click on a folder in the list.

1) Sounds good to me, but not sure if one can use accelerators in context menus. Would be great though.
2) It is possible to open a folder in a new tab with a MMB click in the tree or the catalog.
This already works better than you expect. middle-click in the tree or the catalog opens new tab. or simply shift+click.
TIP: hold control while normal or middle-click to open tabs in background.
It would be great if this would also be possible if I MMB click on a folder in the list.
TIP: Hold shift and double-click on any folder in the list.

Hey, good observation! I added this "anti-feature" (disregard Shift) in v5.10.0048 - 2006-09-26 11:00 because hard-coded KS like Shift+Backspace would interprete the Shift "as open in new tab". Since CKS this is not necessary anymore! So I removed it now. :)

PS: the 2nd wish... not so easy... maybe later...

I think if it is possible in History and SpecialSystemFolders, it also should be possible in Breadcrumb, Hotlist, Drives, Favorite Folders and Favorite Files. It just would be coherent.

Yes, that's what I meant with a MMB click (middle mouse button).

It would just be easier for me (and faster) to do this with a MMB click. Again it would be coherent throughout the program.
