Don't worry, mistakes are authentic! :)

4 what it's worth, I sent this:

"Hi David,

I know you like efficient software and excellent customer support, so why don't you have a look at this:

http://www.xyplorer.com/

It's an excellent file manager (for Windows) that does everything you ever wanted and lots of other things you never even knew you could wish for. Within weeks you'll be asking yourself how you lived without it.

And for anyone who appreciates quick responsive customer support (and bemoans companies that fail to deliver it) have a look at the user forum:

http://www.xyplorer.com/xyfc/

where user questions get answered within minutes and beta version bugs cleaned up in no time.

Check it out and spread the good word. All software should be this good. All support should be this responsive. They deserve your attention.

Keep up the good work!

Best regards,

Richard"

to him:

David Pogue writes a weekly column and e-mail letter for the NY Times. If he mentions XY, it would not be a bad thing.

I've got my fingers crossed!

PS @ Mr Don >>> You can also take this message as feedback from a very satisfied user who is about to celebrate the 4 month anniversary of the purchase of his XY license.

My opinion: Don is the one who's absolutely excellent! And XY is getting there (DP  ) with help of us users, such as panorama, who help debug but also keep bugging Don to "do this, do that"...and surprisingly enough, he does a large percentage of the time!

Not to raise vain hopes in newbie forum members: I do not have quota of fulfilled wishes per day. If I "do a wish", then ONLY because I like it; and if I like then ONLY because it is an excellent idea.*

* or because it is an expected feature because Explorer has it, too

FWIW, I also sent an email yesterday to David Pogue at New York Times regarding XY...figured after a couple of weeks, it wouldn't hurt to follow up on panorama's msg.
