Slower than starting it via double click?
If that's the case, enter this in the address bar:
Hit {Enter}
and post a screenshot of the result
Additionally, are there any tabs open, that point to a network path?

no!
I mean it slower than win+e to open dopus or explorer. but click to start xyplorer is not slow.
Is it because they are native support win+e?

There is no native support for Win+E.
And sorry, but I can't get the real sense out of your writing.
Do you mean that XYplorer is starting slower than Directory Opus?
or that XYplorer generally starts slow when it is invoked via Win+E?
If the latter is meant, post the full autohotkey script...

I don't know how much help this will be, but what if you exclude the script (if it's compiled) or the Autohotkey executable in your antivirus?
Also: avast and/or nod32? are you running two AVs?
