Recent File Operations from Here and Elsewhere

How do I increase the number of entries that are stored in this list button? It seems to be limited to 3 from here and 3 from elsewhere. 
Found the solution: It was just that the default value of 40 for the number of Action Log items remembered was too low to remember the actions I was looking for. Increased it to 256 and it's good now.
Settings → File Operations → Undo & Action Log → 'Allowed number of entries in Action Log'
