This is anti-virus. Exclude XY from Windows Defender: https://www.xyplorer.com/faq-topic.php?id=mse

Is that so?"BTW your support page detailing how to exclude XYplorer from Win Defender seems to be outdated. I am running the current rev (creators update) and there is no option to exclude files in Defender or at least I can't find it."

No, at least I still can find the setting and my entries set before the doing the update.admin wrote: Is that so?
However, it is true that the screenshots are outdated for Creator's update because the settings layout has changed!
