Has the function been removed from the program? Today instead of doing the job it sent me to What's New to do it manually.

What version are you running? I just clicked Help > Online Support > Check for updates, and XY properly updated to 17.80.
By the way, "Check for updates" and "What's new" are right beside each other in that menu.

Extremely weird! Have 17.70.02.

Is showing Upgrade path now but was NOT doing so at 8:30 this morning (USA-EDT).
