Downloads slow from forum

Downloading the last few versions (since 17.70.100) showed the slowest speeds in a long time (2+ minutes instead of the usual few seconds).
Could it be that this is caused by the hosting end of the webpage?
A line speed test on my side didn't show a significant slowdown.

1,5 MB/sec (16 MBit connection) when downloading beta versions within the web browser. Can't be
the hosting endpoint...

Yesterday I saw this too, for some time. One download went ok, the second was *very* slow, just creeping, sometimes like pausing. But then I noticed significant delay on the forum, too. But after some time it recovered.
Thought it would be a local problem - but maybe I was wrong.

Ho - just now, again! Download current beta (install + noinstall in parallel) lasted allmost 5 minutes.

Made a test right now: < 1 sec.
Whatever it is it's volatile and it will go away. I'm working with these space providers for many years and they were always totally reliable and fast. So, no worries.

I'm just a bit surprised, as I never saw this befere.
But till now I think we can live with it. Especially, as this time I saw no delay for the forum - only the downloads.
