it show coffee cup and crashes

Congratulations, you are using a cracked version.
Fix is easy: Download a legal version and pay for it.

its not true
till yesterday it was running fine
now suddenly its crashing while loading or opening configuration
please help

Uh, that was half-nonsense. I should have said: You are using a
cracked key. You should not do that. It's illegal. Get a legal key. This is not freeware. You have to pay for it.
