How can I prevent XY from redrawing thumbnails ?

I've been experiencing this problems whereas, if I should scroll before XY finishes drawing the thumbnails; XY will crash, on cue. This is something I've had to deal with for an awful long time and it drives me nuts; as restarting XY can leave previous running of XY running in the background as the resource monitor will show.

I'm not aware of any crash related to thumbnails creation.

Which version are you using?

Current version I'm using is 17.60. Keep in mind this issue has been happening for quite a while, as in; past versions.
