Does Drag and drop work with custom sort now - I did not see it on the (admin) list to be done?

If so what are the settings required?

Using 50.02 ver
Tools>customize list>manual sorting
That works within a folder ONLY!
You can NOT drag to another folder when this setting is selected.

IMHO it does not work. I do not recall seeing this limitation in other lesser programs.
Is another setting required that I am missing?

Let me rephrase it:

You can either have one or the other at the same time

You can still do normal drag and drop with the right mouse.

With
Tools>customize list>manual sorting
set

Left mouse within a folder
Right button to another folder

Great

Problems:
1. the Tools>customize List> Manual Sorting - will uncheck itself with certain commands. Not sure which or why.

2.
Having done a Manual Sort followed by a Shift + F2 (rename) the 'new' manual sorted sequence is not used in all cases.

3.
When doing a Mouse Right - one gets an extra selection of Move Here
and Copy here.
The CTRL key will NOT change the '+' sign on the small box.

4.
Other programs do not require Rt or LT mouse for moving or copy operations - I'm sure it takes a lot of coding and time to make this simple and transparent in XY also. I appreciate all your efforts admin.
