Hi
is there a way to change permissions to many files and folder with xyplorer?

or is there a tool that can i use with xyplorer?

because i was browsing an external hard ,i have used xp and w7 32bit to store all the files inside
tried to copy some files and i have the authorization under w8.1 strange i know
i wanted to add all the permission to everybody

takeown + icacls to get & set the required permissions or using the advanced button in the security tab for the drive (right click context menu). Scripting would be required or a gui tool like http://lallouslab.net/2013/08/26/resett ... l-utility/
