Copy to... bug

If I use right-click "Move/Copy/Backup To"\"Copy To" to copy a file, the copy does not seem to work if the file already exists (but an older version). The old file does not get overwritten and there is not message to that effect.
The "Backup To" variant does work.

Works fine here. You should get the usual Shell message about the overwriting that's gonna happen.

Hmm... I was afraid that it might be some gunk on my machine interfering with something.
I'll try to figure out what's going on.
Update (12-Jul-07): a reboot of my machine fixed this problem. I have to remember to always reboot and repro before reporting what I think might be a bug... (rebooting - the #1 tool in Windows troubleshooting).
