got this error 380 and XY doesnt boot anymore
what should I do next

Hard to say. From the error message it seems to be related to loading the Maxi Tree. This would mean that something in XYplorer.ini got corrupt.

Do you remember if you ticked "Configuration | Tree and List | Tree | Remember state of tree"?

Yes XYplorer.ini was corrupt fortunately I had a 3 day old backup and got it sorted

and
as I recovered after having replaced the corrupted ini I got the error 380 again once but it didnt come back ! and I was by manipulating the Maxitree/minitree sorry don't remember the exact details

I have the zipped C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\XYplorer error380 folder

want it ?

Could not get the error. It probably depended on the combination of your file system and the INI file.
