Priority within color filters

Hey community,
I'm wondering if there's a possibility to sort (yes, I know, sorting is available) the instant color filters to change their priority.
Example: I want to fast detect empty folders OVER new folders. But as far as I can see, when I activate normal color filters and instant color filters, the instant color filters... uhm... okay... while I'm writing this... it see, it makes sense, that instant color filters have a higher priority than the normal filters.
