XYplorer Beta Club

I just upgraded to XYplorer from 16.4 to 16.8 and have noticed some shortcuts I relied on no longer work. One in particular is quite annoying. I have a Logitech MX Revolution that has Previous/Next (back/forward) buttons. These function well in many programs, and worked well in XYplorer, until now. This was something that always worked by default - I didn't have to configure XYplorer to use the functionality. However, now I have to take my hand off the mouse and use a keyboard shortcut or move the mouse to a shortcut in the toolbar.

Was this change intentional? Is there anyway to restore the use of these buttons?

Just tested the back/forward buttons on my Logitech M705 and they still work as expected even after the upgrade to 16.80.
Maybe the big upgrade step from 16.40 to 16.80 made a difference here, since I upgrade almost daily to the latest beta/full version.

Maybe try with ::fresh to see whether it is one of your settings that suddenly interferes?
