XYplorer and Viivo

I installed Viivo, a file encryption utility. When I right click a file, I am suppose to see options for Viivo in the right click context menu, but they aren't there. If I try the same action in Windows Explorer, the functionality is there. Do I need to do something specific to get XYplorer to play nicely with Viivo? Viivo stated that since it works in Windows Explorer, that it's likely an issue with XYplorer integration. Any ideas?

Use the "Show 64-bit Context Menu" entry in the XY's context menu. The necessary entry is probably there.

I checked and it's enabled in Tools > Configuration > Other > Shell Integration. Is there another entry?
Thanks!

So you're already showing it by default.
If you uncheck that entry, does the Viivo entry come up in the 32-bit context menu of XY?

Nope, unchecked all, same result, just had 64-bit checked, same result.

Never seen an app that provides a 64-bit shell integration hook which isn't displayed in the 64-bit context menu of XY so far...
But I can confirm this behavior (on Win 10 x64). Don't know if Viivo can be executed from the command line so that you could still use it without a context menu...
