Is there a way to hover over thumbnails and it will display the EXIF data?? Like ISO, F-Stop, mm??? If so ... How can I do this?

Hello and welcome to the club!

Kind of... You can enable tool tips so that this information is shown when hovering over the file name, but they won't be shown when hovering over the thumbnail image itself. (Which can be slightly problematic if you hide captions when in thumbnail views.)

To do that ensure you have Tools | Configuration... | File Info Tips | Show custom file info tips enabled, and the desired tips checked in the list:

Then when you hover over the file name the information will be shown:

That said, you might find Tiles View to be more to your liking, as you can configure it to show some basic photo data by holding CTRL, right-clicking on the text area beside the tile, and then enabling Show Photo Data:

Finally, there is also the Floating Preview which shows some of this information by default (if not hold CTRL, right-click within the preview, and ensure Show Status Bar and Show Photo Data are enabled):

Hopefully one of these is to your liking!

I'd find it really useful to be able to see the EXIF/meta data (as in File Info Tips) automatically shown alongside the floating preview (within the same window).
