sir,
i am using zoomit for screen annotation. it doesn't have gui screen. this application sits in the tray.
for activating it we have to press control+2 for drawing on the screen.

to draw oval we have to press tab and left mouse click. can we assign this key and mouse comination to only key 1.
to draw rectangle we have to press contol and left mouse click. can we assign this key and mouse comination to only key 2.
to draw arrows we have to press contol +shift and left mouse click. can we assign this key and mouse comination to only key 3.

is it possible to create gui for the above key combinations using xyplorer script?

You can't do this with XY, you need e.g. a scripting language like AutoHotkey / Autoit...
