when address bar and toolbar are not stacked, how to change the length of address bar???

Unfortunately, I believe this is only possible by making an INI tweak.

You'll want to look for the
ToolbarKeepOff key in the
General section:
Code: Select all
; Tweak: min width reserved for the element (e.g. addressbar) next to the toolbar
ToolbarKeepOff=400
You'll want to increase that number until it is the desired length.
