Hi , i don't know why i can't use shift to select multiple files in "branch view mode" and in "search result" tab
in folder view mode (normal mode) the shift key works fine ,but in "branch view mode" and in "search result" tab,when i click a file, and shift + click another file,
it deselect the file that i clicked first and select the current file (it acts like i click, instead of shift + click)
Any help would be much appreciated

When in Branch View (or search results), see if Tools | Customize List | Multiple Select is ticked. Maybe you inadvertedly unchecked it...
