sorry if this is the wrong place, but i cant pm, admin or otherwise. the faq says "Contact a board administrator for more information." but i cant send a message asking why i cant send a message lol. any help would be great, and again, sorry if this is the wrong place, but i couldnt find where i should post this and didnt want to start a new thread.

Ah, thanks for moving the post, turns out starting a new tread was the right to do.
Unfortunately, when I go to Compose message, it says;
We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature.
Also, when I go to a members profile, in the Contact section, at most it shows is a website address.

This is necessary counter-SPAM. Unfortunately it's needed to keep the forum clean. Sorry for the trouble.

I don't mind the trouble, its your board, and I hate spam as much as anyone (I don't even eat canned spam! lol) but I don't understand what I have to do to successfully send a PM?

So as pointless as this thread may seem it was enough to qualify you as not a bot.

Hopefully it wasn't completely pointless and other newbs will be able to learn from my mistake!
Just a suggestion, could the Private Message section of the faq be a little more "idiot proof"?

Those texts are from the forum software. I have no time to change them. I wouldn't even know how.
