Site-aware Visual Filters

Based on a need described
here, I'd like to have location-wise Visual Filters, dynamically changing on/off state according to stated locations, having a recursion toggle that indicates whether or not the filter will be active from currently filtered path downwards.
=much smartness on the wheels...
(global VF enhancement?)

That sounds like a perfect / typical application of FVSVF ("Folder View Settings with Visual Filters").
It is in the help index in case the folder view settings dialog is not self-explainatory enough.
